This homeowner loved our Sawgrass I model but needed to “shrink” it down to fit their budget. After working with the architect, they were able to come up with a plan that still included everything they wanted and fit their budget. While it may be smaller, it’s still got the all the features that you find in our normal Sawgrass model. Tile floors, Mantra all wood soft-close cabinets, subway tile backsplash, real tile tub and shower enclosure in the bathrooms, screened in back porch, and impact doors and windows.
