St. James City New Home
This new Sawgrass I model on Pine Island took a direct hit from Hurricane Ian. There’s something to be said for stringent building codes and higher elevations, because we were thrilled to find it suffered no damage and construction picked back up right where we’d left off. This home has a metal roof with impact windows and doors. Inside, LVP flooring makes this a family friendly winter get away. The kitchens and baths features soft-close, all wood, gray Mantra cabinets with granite countertops and subway tile backsplash. Of course, we can’t forget the pool. This will be the perfect place for the owners to escape the cold WI winters with family and friends.
