April 2014: Fort Myers, FL – After remodeling a bathroom in this 1954 built home, the homeowners decided to replace existing windows with new impact windows. All interior doors and hardware were replaced. Existing shingle roof was replaced with metal roof and cricket for chimney was built. Concrete slab was poured for a new lanai.
