This whole house renovation was a result of Hurricane Ian. This home on Fort Myers Beach had over 4′ of water inside. Now everything is new from top to bottom inside. New plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, drywall, tile and cabinets. Plus impact windows & doors.
While it started out as a stressful situation, the end result is a soothing island getaway.
