Fort Myers Beach Condo Remodel

Beachfront Total Makeover – Take 2

When the owners of this condo in the Terra Mar building on Estero Island saw one of our other remodel units, they told us “Just do exactly what you did in here.” The entire unit was gutted down to the concrete and studs then put back together and better than ever.

The wall separating the front door and the kitchen was removed to invite you into the new open layout of the kitchen. The peninsula was moved to the other side of the kitchen to allow the refrigerator to be fully opened. A wine cabinet was added to the other side to allow access from the dining area.

The tile and carpeting were replaced with new wood-look tile throughout the entire unit, even the lanai. The entire popcorn ceiling was removed and redone to allow for recessed lighting. Both bathrooms received new tile showers and glass enclosures.

All of the old cabinets and countertops were replaced with Starmark all wood, soft close cabinets. The Cambria countertops and tile that looks like it could have been shells on the beach, make this beachfront condo amazing.

The sliders were replaced with impact rated doors and new hurricane shutters were installed on the lanai.

The view outside this condo is pretty spectacular, but it’s got an interior view to match now.
