October 2015: Sanibel Island, Florida – Complete demo of kitchen, including appliances and drop ceiling was done. New drywall was required and minimal flooring repair due to installation of new appliances. Marshmallow Cream and Chocolate glazing Maple Cabinets, with soft close doors and drawers, from Starkmark Cabinetry will make a new home in this remodel. New appliances, granite countertops & backsplash, stainless steel undermount sink and new fixtures were added as well. Plumbing and electrical was relocated. Bathroom was also renovated, including new vanity, countertop and mirror.
