Beautiful exterior remodel

The whole deck was removed to get this job started! Vinyl soffit was installed around perimeter of the house, fresh, new paint, white seamless gutters, a new front entry way was made.

Motorized retractable screens were put in at the rear of the lanai, stainless cable between wood posts, cable railing system and aluminum top rail.

A new screen door was also installed.
