This community clubhouse in Estero, FL was completely renovated from bottom to top, inside and out. The old clubhouse was completely gutted and no surface left untouched. All new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, windows, doors and a new metal roof. Outside a brand new pool and hot tub were built and a new structure built for pool baths. Inside a new commercial kitchen was added with cooking, refrigeration and upgraded storage with Mantra cabinets. Now these residence can enjoy the sunny FL weather year round on the pool deck or gather indoors for community meals and other social events.
