July 2011 Fort Myers, FL – This remodel was primarily the kitchen, but included all new flooring and baseboards for the entire first story of this home, as well as the bathroom remodel for the downstairs 1/2 bath. The kitchen remodel included removing soffit, moving electrical and plumbing, to allow for the installation of 42″ upper cabinets vs. the 30″ upper cabinets that were replaced. A knee-wall with bar top was added to frame in the kitchen from the dining room and minor layout changes to accommodate for more cabinet space.

The original cabinets and countertops were both made from gray formica. The new cabinets were real Cherry wood, with full face doors and easy close drawers. The new counter top is granite with stainless steel sink. A stainless range hood was also added.

Completion: August 2011
