August 2011 Bonita Springs, FL – This is one of three units we have done work on this year in the same condo building. All have been insurance claims due to a leak from the unit on the 5th floor. This unit was completely gutted, re-framed, re-piped, new electric and fire-proofing.

Finish materials include real wood cabinets with full overlay doors, granite counter tops, crown & in-lay molding, 5 1/4 baseboards and new door and hardware.
