North Fort Myers New Home
As land gets harder and harder to find in SWFL, one thing to keep in mind is buying land with a mobile home or older home on the property that can be easily removed. These homeowners knew they found the location they wanted to live, but the existing home left something to be desired.
Our Sawgrass II floor plan fit the bill for what they were looking for. Plus, unlike a lot of other builders, we’ll give you choices. These homeowners elected to have the beam raised for 8′ to 9’4″. We add stone to the front of the exterior. All windows and doors were upgraded to impact. Black door hardware and light fixtures were swapped out for the standard chrome.
The kitchen and bathrooms both have Starmark Cabinets and granite countertops. Luxury vinyl flooring was installed throughout the interior for easy cleaning and care and long wear durability.
