Lehigh Acres New Home
We’re a lot easier to work with than a lot of builders. This homeowners Realtor (who also happened to be his mom) was digging through listings looking for the perfect home for her son and his family. She came across one we had already sold but called anyway to see if we had anymore available. We didn’t, but we purchased the lots they picked out and built our Sawgrass II for them.
They buyers were able to choose their paint colors, floor tile, cabinet colors and countertops. They got a brand new home, exactly where they wanted.
