Marco Island Addition

Island Addition deja vu

We love referrals and repeat clients, and this project managed to be both! We originally remodeled this home in 2014 for the previous owners. The new owners called us to complete an addition. We turned an existing guest bedroom downstairs into a private sitting room for the newly added master bedroom and bathroom.

We also added a second story sundeck, so the owners could maximize those gorgeous water views over the Collier Bay.

The entry door and large sliding glass doors were replaced with impact resistant doors.  This home took a direct hit from Hurricane Irma during construction, only suffering minimal damage.

The new sitting room is light and airy, and leads to the new master bedroom through double glass doors. The new master bedroom and bathroom are shades of blue and white that let you know your on island in the Gulf. The bathroom cabinets are Starkmark Lyptus in with a Driftwood stain with White Diamond Silestone countertops.

From the exterior, the master suite and sun deck addition blends perfectly with the exterior elevations. Once completed, it looked like it had always been there.
