Naples Spindrift Condo Remodel

This remodel client was referred to us friends of theirs in the building next door. These condo buildings are in a great location in Naples, between Moorings Bay & the Gulf of Mexico. While the views never get old, a lot of the condo interiors are just that – old and outdated.

For this extensive remodel, we completely gutted the entire interior and even the lanai. Aside from the esthetic update, we were able to reframe the master bathroom to make it bigger and accommodate a double vanity, where only a single vanity was before.

The other big changes were the removal of the popcorn ceiling, removal of a 2nd entry door into the kitchen, impact sliding glass doors, flooring, trim, doors, and paint. The railing on the lanai was replaced and new “no-see-um” screen was installed (making life on the water that much more enjoyable!).

The new cabinets in the kitchen and baths were a mix of StarMark Maple Bridgeport in White and Pearl. The countertops are sleek Calacatta Nuvo Caesarstone. The slab was so big, we had to have it brought in by a crane!
