Tanglewood Kitchen Remodel
We remodeled an entire 3 bedroom condo on Sanibel. We remodeled 2 1/2 baths including building new walls and installing new showers, new vanities, new sinks, and new floors. We gutted and reconfigured our entire kitchen. We raised and lowered ceilings including new ductwork. We gutted the entire condo. So let me start out by admitting that I am a perfectionist. All I can say is that Jacob from Olde Florida Contracting did an excellent job. The workmanship of his contractors was exceptional. He met an unreasonable deadline and did it with a smile. He never went over budget unless it was a change at our request. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone I know.

Estero Condo Remodel
My wife and I hired Jake to build our new home on 5 acres, he was extremely accommodating with all the changes we wanted to do to his floor plan model and we absolutely love the finished product! Luckily he had ordered lots of materials way ahead of time as many other builders struggled to complete or even get homes started. Having an experienced builder in these crazy COVID/material shortage times made it go much smoother. We can't thank Jake and his wife Chrissy enough for such a fantastic experience and truly appreciate them! We would definitely recommend their company to anyone looking to custom build new or remodel.
