Dramatic River Access Makeover

As the saying goes, location, location, location – this condo sits in a classic riverfront community in South Fort Myers. You could say the interior of this condo was classic too – classic 70’s style. Dark brown cabinets, golden rod yellow counter tops and appliances, and avocado linoleum.

To transform this dark and dingy condo, we removed a wall in the kitchen and opened up the space. Plumbing and electrical were updated. New impact doors and windows were installed. The entire condo was repainted, new flooring, new Starmark kitchen cabinets, granite countertops and a new shower enclosure.
